Hypertension

Hypertension is high blood pressure. When left untreated causes strokes, heart disease, and kidney failure among other illnesses. It is often called the “silent killer” because most people who have high blood pressure have no symptoms whatsoever. It tends to run in families, so if you have a close family member who has high blood pressure, you are more to having it yourself.
